Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized Warehouse Supervisor to manage our logistics operations in Houston. The ideal candidate will oversee inventory, coordinate with fleet drivers, and ensure safety compliance within our facility. This role is eligible for H-1B or EB-3 visa sponsorship for qualified international candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving and shipping.
• Manage a team of 15+ warehouse associates and forklift operators.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using digital management systems.
• Ensure all health and safety regulations are strictly followed.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse management.
• Basic knowledge of supply chain software.
• Good English communication skills (IELTS 5.5+ preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent university degree.
